Join Capitol Hill and other Washington Metro Area Allegheny East churches for "Unity Day Weekend", Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3! It will be a "family reunion-like" weekend centered on Jesus that brings together Allegheny East churches in the area.
The weekend begins Friday, October 2, Sabbath evening at 7 p.m. at Bladensburg SDA Church, with Pastor Darnisha Thomas as speaker.
On Sabbath morning, Saturday, October 3, three services will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Saint John Cathedral: Children’s Church with Pastor Novella Smith, Teen Worship with Pastor Amanda Hawley, and Adult Worship with AEC President Dr. Trevor Kinlock.
We want our entire CHC family to be part of "Unity Day Weekend!" Capitol Hill will be closed and will not hold services at 914 Massachusetts Avenue that weekend so we can worship together with our sister churches in the area.
